What are we REALLY celebrating on Cinco de Mayo?

Did you know Cinco De Mayo was the day Chanel No. 5 was introduced in 1921? 5th of May and No. 5 hmmmm.

OK OK. Cinco De Mayo is a holiday commemorating the victory of Mexico at the Battle of Puebla when Napoleon III and his 6000 French troops stormed the city of Puebla. France wanted the cities natural resource of Gold around 10 years after the CA Gold Rush. (I swear I didn’t google that). Well that’s your history lesson for today. Come join us this Thursday evening sporting your fiesta-esttt outfits and garbs of Mexican heritage. Swap out your Milwaukee pilsners for some Sols, Tecates and Modelos.
