Mullets, meth, and murder … oh my!!! This week’s theme is inspired by the sleeper MVP of this pandemic, the person getting us all through quarantine, the one & only Joe Exotic. Advanced planning is encouraged, but not required, to map a route inspired by this theme as we will once again be voting on the best trail maps! Visitors are also welcome on this virtual trail, please feel free to invite your fellow hashers from around the country/world to join!
Prelube: 6:30pm~6:50pm, We’ll open a FB thread on the Voodoo H3 page for everyone to post trail updates throughout the night. Post beer selfies, introduce yourself, & be social!
Blessing of the Hares & Chalk Talk: ~6:50pm via FB live on the Voodoo H3 page
Hares Away: 7pm, Pick your Start/BN/OnIn then embark on a trail of your own design with a route inspired by this week’s theme and map it on a tracker app (Map My Run, Run Keeper, etc).
3 special checks will be given in chalk talk to complete before reaching OnIn. Post updates from trail and your completed map at OnIn to the FB thread!
On Friday 4/3 ~12pm a poll will be posted to the VDH3 FB page to vote for your favorite trail maps, possibly in multiple categories, with the winner(s) receiving a coveted “Voodoo Goes Virtual” Trail Trophy
- Complete the 3 special checks from Chalk Talk before reaching OnIn & post a pic/video of yourself “solving” each check in the FB thread *Ideally the 1st check is posted by 7:30pm/2nd by 8pm/3rd by 8:30pm, but just make sure you have them posted before Circle*
- Post a pic of your map to the FB thread ASAP once you reach OnIn
