Come out and tour some iconic bad ass feminist highlights of New Orleans. From Lulu White to Marie Laveau, Mahalia Jackson to Henriette Delille, some phenomenasty womxn have graced our great city, and we will honor them with our bodies, thirst, and human sacrifice.

Be empowered! Learn some history! Honor thy bad asses!

Is a dry bag, shiggy gear, or anything specific needed for trail? Bring your flashlight, it’s dark outside and broken noses are so NOT fetch. Bring your whistle so the people behind you don’t hate you (more than they already do).

Approx. -l-l-l–> length: 4 miles! No walker’s trail. To completely use Audre Lord’s quote out of context, “I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.” Deal with it, walkers.

Trail is A to A+, no zenning, it’ll make you look stupid and you’ll feel very lonely and thirsty all by yourself at Armstrong Park.
