Y’all I am here to tell you that 2020 Mulan remake SUX. It did inspire me to rewatch the 1998 masterpiece which has given me STRENGTH. My reflections are all the person that I want to see and I hope yours are too. I want us to bring our best Mulan heat by wearing whatever brings honor to your family tree and keeps your father standing tall. Also, if honoring your family is not how you be your best self, then f*ck em. That’s how Mulan saved the Emperor (and China) and got a hot boyfriend. Gender fluidity encouraged on trail.
